Currently we are an online based company.
When will I recieve my order?
We ship wordwide so it will depend on your location!
As an estimate these are our usual times:
- UK and Ireland - 2 to 3 working days.
- Europe - 5 to 7 working days.
- Rest of the world - between 10 to 20 working days.
Please note that these shipping times are only a guideline and they can vary depending on how fast each country processes packages (Customs Clearance).
For your peace of mind all our packages are trackable: as soon as you purchase your skincare products we will provide you a tracking number.

Are Venia Cosmetic products tested on animals?
VENIA Cosmetic believes that beauty products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.
All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.
